Biography
Flora Ortega is a Production Designer based in Los Angeles and Austin. She is a member of the Art Directors Guild, IATSE Local 800. Over the past 10 years she has designed feature films, television series, commercials, music videos, and live events. She has collaborated with companies such as Disney, Warner Brothers, and Activision Blizzard. Her commercial work includes clients such as General Mills, DoorDash, and Airbnb.
Flora recently designed Glamping, a horror film about the dark side of influencer culture, now streaming on Tubi. Her first feature film project as a member of the Art Directors Guild, God’s Country, premiered at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival. Flora’s debut feature Outsiders, a sci-fi thriller, premiered at Tribeca Film Festival in 2021.
